Travel and Transfer Information
The Skiwelt and the resorts within the Kitzbüheler Alpen Pass are easily accessible from the nearby airports of Salzburg (approx 50 miles), Innsbruck (approx 48 miles) or Munich (approx 90 miles). They are all well served from the UK and Ireland by schedule and charter airlines. After a safe landing at your chosen airport you have the following possibilities to continue your journey.

Bus and Train
From Salzburg airport you are 15- 20 minutes away from the "Hauptbahnhof" main railway station. Bus number 2 goes at regular intervals (every 10 mins).
For the Skiwelt take the train to Kufstein.
For Alpbach or Wilderschönau go to Wörgl
Kitzbühel, Kirchberg and St.Johann have there own stations. www.oebb.at
The Bus stop is in front of the airport terminal. For Kitzbühel take ÖBB Post bus No. 260 (Kfl.-No. 3062) to Lofer, then take bus No. 4012 nach St. Johann and Kitzbühel.
Taxis
A taxi stand can be found directly in front of the airport terminal. Journey time to the main railway station is approx 15-20 minutes. A single journey is approx. €12

Bus and Train
The public bus F departs every 15 minutes in front of the arrival hall. The trip to the main train and bus station lasts about 10 minutes and costs approx. €1,60 one way.

Bus and Train
The airport S-Bahn S1 train travels from Munich Airport to Munich Hauptbahnhof (main station). At the Hauptbahnhof, passengers can transfer to mainline and regional services of the German Railway (Deutsche Bahn).
