All prices are displayed in Euros. Black sheep ski will debit all Euro currency customers cards in Euros for the price displayed. All other currency holders will be debited in pounds after the rate displayed in Euros has been converted to pounds according to http://www.xe.com/ucc + 2%.
a) Upon completion of sending money to Black Sheep Ski , you accept the Terms and Conditions of the booking.b) If you are under 18 years of age you must ensure that you have Parental Consent.
c) A place will be booked for you on your chosen course on receipt of your money and completed payment.
d) In the event that you submit payment but Black Sheep Ski is unable to confirm your chosen course, all monies paid by you will be transferable or refundable until confirmation takes place.
a) The balance of payment in respect of your booking, is due to Black Sheep Ski on confirmation of your course and must be received in full to Black Sheep Ski no later than 1 week prior to the course start date. This payment due date will be clearly printed on your course invoice. If payment is not made by this due date, you will be removed from the course.
b) If you arrive at resort, having not paid the balance, as detailed on your invoice for your course, you will NOT be accepted on to the course.
a) Courses cancelled within 1 week of the course start date will Not be eligible to a refund
b) Courses cancelled within 2 weeks of the course start date will incur charges in line with our cancellation policy. Black Sheep Ski strongly recommends that you have insurance which includes cover for cancellation/curtailment against this eventuality.
c) Courses cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to the course start date are eligible for a refund less the non-refundable deposit of 50% of total course price.
a) The cancellation of accommodation and/or transfers will incur charges.
b) Changes to a booking are defined by Black Sheep Ski as a "cancellation and/or alteration to a booking" for accommodation and/or transfers.
c) Changes to your booking will only be accepted by Black Sheep Ski up to 8 weeks prior to your arrival date LESS than 8 weeks will not be accepted and NO refund will be given. Any changes must be confirmed by you in by email.
d) Black Sheep Ski will make an administration charge of €100 for any change made to your booking after it has been invoiced.
e) Changes to your booking will not be implemented until your administration fee is paid in full.
a) Black Sheep Ski strongly recommends that you have insurance which includes cover for cancellation & curtailment when booking a Black Sheep Ski course.
b) If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the course start date, you will forfeit 40% 0f your total paid monies paid to Black Sheep Ski .
c) If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date, you will forfeit 60% of all your monies paid to Black Sheep Ski .
d) If you cancel less than 1 week prior to the course start date you will forfeit ALL monies
e) Cancellation must be notified by EMAIL to Black Sheep Ski Verbal instructions to cancel are not acceptable and will not be acted upon by Black Sheep Ski
a) All course invoices and resources will be sent to the Email address supplied on your Booking Form.
b) It is your responsibility to keep the Black Sheep Ski informed of any change of address after booking on to a course. This must be confirmed in writing by email to info@blacksheepski.co.uk
Black Sheep Ski reserves the right to cancel courses at any time prior to the course date. In this eventuality Black Sheep Ski will refund any monies paid to Black Sheep Ski.
a) you are found to exhibit behavior which is deemed to be inappropriate, unprofessional and/or detrimental to Black Sheep Ski;
b) you are found to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or addictive substances, during course contact time.
Black Sheep Ski will not be liable for any physical or financial hardship which may be incurred whilst attending a Black Sheep Ski course.
All students must be insured for their course.
No monies will be refunded by Black Sheep Ski in the event of an injury sustained either before or whilst participating in the course, where injury leads to curtailment of the course; in this instance, it is necessary to make an insurance claim.
If the venue of the course is adversely affected by snow, weather or any other circumstances, Black Sheep Ski reserves the right to cancel the course or alter the venue without prior notice or warning.
Black Sheep Ski reserves the right to refuse training to any applicant who, in the opinion of Black Sheep Ski:-
a) who is deemed to be dangerous.
b) is unsuitable for Snow sports Instruction
In the event that an applicant is refused training on the basis of paragraph 8, no monies will be refunded.
You agree that except for death or personal injury arising through the negligence of Black Sheep Ski, Black Sheep Ski shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising whether in respect of death, bodily injury, illness suffered or loss, costs or damages or expenses incurred.
Anyone who completes payment for to Black Sheep Ski, is agreeing to abide by these aforementioned conditions.
Black Sheep Ski ONLY supply's the codes for an additional 10% discount for equipment hire when 4 + hours have been booked.
The additional hours are valid with any booking after 18,12,10.
The Additional bonus hours are not valid for 2 weeks / half term weeks in February.
Any online booking form amends, adding and changing of names after the completion of the online booking form, you will be liable for a €30 euro admin fee, plus an additional person hourly fee if applicable.
Unless a start time has been specified on the comments section on the booking form, Black Sheep Ski will make the decision when your start time is (No refund will be returned for a start time that does not suit).
If you have specified on the comments section on the booking form, a start time you would like to start your lesson, we will try are best to offer you this time, give or take 1 hour, No start time can be guaranteed in the Christmas, New Year and the half term weeks in February (No refund will be returned for a start time that does not suit).
Sometimes due to injuries and sickness we may have to change your start time and date (No refund will be returned because of this)
Our instructors/mountain guides are responsible for making decisions on the mountain in the best interest of the Safety and well being of yourself. They have the ultimate say which Slopes/Terrain/Speed is skied.
All instructors contracted to work for Black Sheep Ski do so on a self employed basis. Black Sheep Ski is the agent and sub lets all lessons. All instructors are professionally qualified and have the experience of instructing for many years.
Black Sheep Ski does not hold store or keep any customers financial information (Debit or Credit cards).
