Saalbach–Hinterglemm Has a population of nearly 3000 people and the capability of sleeping over 15000 guests.

Times will be varied to the village centres where all the shops and bars are located as Saalbach–Hinterglemm is really spread out.

Nearly all accommodation has a Ski bus stop no more than a few minutes distance away to take you to and from the slopes every day.

Most Accommodation has ski cellars for your skis and boots. You may make life easier for your by leaving your skis and boots near the gondola station in a lock up or at a ski shop offering this service.

Saalbach and Hinterglemm were originally villages in the farming valley of the Glemmtal and, despite, the changes that the ski industry has brought, that rural character remains during the summer months. But the developments brought about by winter sports have led to Saalbach-Hinterglemm becoming one of Austria's top ski resorts
